I hate project management software.
Asana. Trello. Confluence. All of them.
I think it’s a crutch for a low accountability culture.
Instead of thinking software is a panacea, create a culture of clear agreements.
A clear agreement is WHO does WHAT by WHEN.
If every meeting ends with those and people own their agreements, you can use stickys/slacks/spreadsheets and be 10x more effective than the best software.
