Constant improvement — everything is about going out to practice.
Practice was like mini little games. Practice was so important to them.
It was insane. They put [practice] at such a high standard that it gave guys no choice but to improve by raising the competitive level of everything.
It created a synergy where it led to guys performing at their absolute best.
In football, your team won’t be the same in September as it will be in December.
The good teams will continually improve.
The bad teams flutter away and come up with excuses.
The good teams adjust, adapt, and improve weekly.
